Refund & Return Policy

At Axa Beauty Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a flexible return and refund policy.

We Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products  .

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period for any item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions for sending back the item.

Note: There is no restocking fee  but  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds do not include the original shipping cost unless the product is defective or an error occurred in your order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, please share images immediately via email to info@axabeautyshop.com. We will send a replacement or issue a refund upon review of the damage.

For incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product.

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the item is defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@axabeautyshop.com within 30 days.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if the order has not been processed. To cancel, contact us at info@axabeautyshop.com.
