On October 7, 2025, the New York State Attorney General’s Office confirmed, through independent laboratory testing (Legends Technical Services, St. Paul, MN), that certain cosmetic creams sold in New York contained mercury levels exceeding permissible limits under New York Environmental Conservation Law §37-0117(8).

In full compliance with state regulations, we have immediately stopped the sale and distribution of the following confirmed products:

We encourage all customers who may have purchased or used these items to discontinue use immediately.
